Donna Maria Shook, 53, died at 3:45 AM, Monday, December 22, 1997, at her residence at 7387 Judge McCall Dr., Milton, FL. 

She was born in Washington, DC, May 8, 1944 to William Paul Hahn and Georgia Lou (Rakestraw) Smith. Her mother survives. Her husband, Ronald E. Shook, whom she married Nov. 23, 1961, in Tiffin, also survives.

Other survivors include three sons, Ronald E. Shook II of Bagdad, FL., Bruce E. Shook of Tiffin and Daniel P. Shook of Toledo; two daughters, Mrs. Frank (Theresa M.) Kaminski of Marysville and Mrs. Matthew (Patricia A.) Magers of Madison Heights, MI; a sister, Crista Hahn of Athens, OH; and 13 grandchildren.

Her father is deceased.

Mrs. Shook, a longtime member of St. Marys Catholic Church, Tiffin, had been employed as executive director of activities at Azalea Trace, Pensacola FL.

A former activities director at St. Francis Home, Tiffin, she was a member of Volunteer Pensacola and Helping Hands, the Northwest Forida Activities Director Association, where she served as president and had been a volunteer for hospice (Tiffin).

She was a 1961 graduate of Columbian High School and was attending Pensacola Junior College.
