Sharon Baker Wilson
March 28, 1944 - February 28, 2019
Sharon K. Baker, 74, of Tiffin, passed away on Thursday afternoon, February 28, 2019 at Mercy Health-Tiffin Hospital. She was born on March 29, 1944, in Tiffin, Ohio to Harold and Delores (Feasel) Wilson. Delores died two days after Sharon’s birth and Sharon was raised by Harold and Cleo (Hoover) Wilson.
On March 30, 1968, she married Ronald E. Baker. Survivors include her husband, Ronald of Tiffin; sons, Doug (Beth) Baker of Van Buren and Dan Baker of Tiffin; sisters, Carolyn Jean (Tom) Hayward of Upper Arlington and Kathy (Benno Groeneveld) Wilson of New York City, NY; and three grandchildren, Madisyn, Brinly and Brittany. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Sharon graduated in 1962 from Tiffin Columbian High School and attended the University of Findlay and Tiffin University. She lived in Bowling Green for ten years, moving back to Tiffin in 2007. She worked as a paralegal for years for Clair Forrest and Art Graham, at O.H. Material and later retiring from Phillips Environmental. After retiring, Sharon worked at Floyd Brown and Associates in Marion and part-time at the University of Findlay Environmental Science Department.
She enjoyed casino trips and spending time with her grandchildren. Sharon requested anatomical donation to the University of Toledo Medical College. There will be no visitation or service. Memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice Care, 181 E.Perry St. Tiffin, Ohio 44883 or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
