Sharon Lee Troxell, 79, of Tiffin, passed away Tuesday evening, April 30, 2024, at The Willows at Tiffin.

She was born May 8, 1944, in Tiffin, to Francis and Dorothy (Bridinger) Swander. She married Ronald "Ron" Troxell on Oct. 17, 1964.

Sharon's survivors include her husband, Ronald Troxell of Tiffin; daughters, Kim (Jack) Jardine of Monclova and Annette (David) Gardner of Tiffin; sister, Judy (Dan) Coppes of Tiffin; and three grandchildren, Alyssa Noonan, Logan Gardner, and Cierra Jardine.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Sharon was a 1962 graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School. She started her career working at RCA in Findlay and then worked at Dr. Lowery's Office for over 10 years. She then retired from Tiffin Developmental Center after working in direct care for 17 years. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Tiffin Eagles #402, and AmVets Post 48. Sharon was a very outgoing, loving person. She enjoyed socializing and vacationing with her family and friends. Her children and grandchildren were the center of her world.

Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at St. Mary Catholic Church with the Rev. Matthew Rader officiating. A Rosary will be prayed 30 minutes prior to Mass. Burial will follow at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery.

Visitation for friends and family will be 5-7 p.m. Monday, May 6, 2024, at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio, 44883, (419) 447-2424.

Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association or St. Mary Catholic Church

So sorry to hear of Sharon's passing. My condolences to her family   I remember memories from early school years with fondness and joy. Rest in peace friend.
